This project explores a proposal for a retreat and performance space on the shores of Loch Lomond, as put forward by the charity Sistema Scotland, aiming to bring musical education to children.

Responding to the landscape, studying both architecture and geology the project re-establishes a lost connection between land and Loch, anchored on the shores of Loch Lomond in the town of Balloch a scenic landscape becomes the backdrop to a scheme which fosters a sense of wellbeing, allowing Sistema Scotland to take children of all background on a musical retreat to be captivated in a new environment and richness of music.
